We have been really blessed with so many mangoes in our surroundings. So today I’m going to share the recipe of a special juice with raw mangoes. Raw mangoes keeps our body hydrated thus it is the best choice for Iftar during Ramadan.

Ingredients:  
  • Raw mango-1 medium sized
  • Pineapple-4 small pieces
  • Sugar-as required
  • Chilled water-1 cup (optional to adjust the consistency)
  • Ice cubes -as required
  • sabja seeds(soaked)-2 tablespoon
Directions:
  1. To a blender add peeled raw mango,and some water.
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Strain into a container.Add sabja seeds and ice cubes.stir them well.
  4. serve the juice immediately.
