We have been really blessed with so many mangoes in our surroundings. So today I’m going to share the recipe of a special juice with raw mangoes. Raw mangoes keeps our body hydrated thus it is the best choice for Iftar during Ramadan.

- Raw mango-1 medium sized
- Pineapple-4 small pieces
- Sugar-as required
- Chilled water-1 cup (optional to adjust the consistency)
- Ice cubes -as required
- sabja seeds(soaked)-2 tablespoon
Directions:
- To a blender add peeled raw mango,and some water.
- Blend until smooth
- Strain into a container.Add sabja seeds and ice cubes.stir them well.
- serve the juice immediately.
