Hello everyone welcome to our blog!!!!Today we are going to share the recipe of Sapota/Chikku pudding. Chikku have several health benefits too.Desserts or any other dish prepared by Chikku are yummy and mouth watering.

INGREDIENTS:
  • China Grass(Agar Agar)-8 gm
  • Chikku(Sapota)-6 no
  • Milk-2 Cup
  • Sugar-1/4 cup
  • Condensed Milk-1/4 cup(Add More If Required)
DIRECTION:
  1. Soak China Grass/Agar Agar By Adding Water About 5 Minutes
  2. Blend Chikku Into Fine Paste
  3. Now In A Saucepan Add Milk,Sugar And Condensed Milk
  4. Mix It Well And Make It Boil
  5. In Another Saucepan Boil China Grass/Agar Agar Until It Dissolves
  6. Once Our Milk Mixture Is Cool,Transfer It Equally Into 2 Bowls(1 Cup+1 cup)
  7. Strain Agar Agar/China Grass And Equally Add Into The 2 Milk Mixture Bowls
  8. For While Layer Mixture,To One Bowls Add Only One Teaspoon Of Chikku Pulp And Mix The Rest With The Second Milk Mixture 
  9. To A Serving Bowl/Plate add The Two Milk Mixture Alternatively By Forming Layers
  10. After Each Layer,Freeze It For 2 Minutes(It Will Set Quickly)
  11. once done,Refrigerate For 2 Hour
  12. Our Layered Chikku Pudding Is Ready:)
