Hello everybody! We are back with the recipe of chicken
macaroni/Malabar style chicken macaroni . The recipe we shared here is the
normal
way cooked mostly in malabar regions

Ingredients:
- Macaroni - 1 cup
- Chicken-250 g (cut into medium sized pieces)
- Onion-1 no
- Ginger garlic paste-1 teaspoon
- Green chilli-2 no
- Tomato-1 no
- tomato sauce-1 tablespoon
- Carrot and beans chopped-1/4 cup
- Turmeric powder-1 teaspoon
- Garam masala-1 teaspoon
- coriander leaved chopped-2 tablespoon
- cooking oil
- salt to taste
- pepper powder-1/2 teaspoon
Directions-
- marinate the chicken pieces by adding half teaspoon of turmeric powder and required salt.
- Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the chicken till it turns brown color.
- Meanwhile cook macaroni according to the instructions given in the packet.
- Drain well and keep it aside once its cooked.
- Drain the fried chicken pieces from the oil and keep aside. Shred into small pieces.
- to the oil add chopped onions, green chilli,ginger garlic paste. Saute till it turns brown.
- Add the chopped tomato and chopped carrot and beans sauté it for some minutes
- Now add turmeric powder and garam masala. Saute till the raw smell goes.
- No add the tomato sauce cooked chicken and stir to combine all together.
- add required salt and half teaspoon pepper powder.Mix it well.
- Keep the pan in medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
- The cooked macaroni should be well Coated with the chicken masala.
- Switch off the flame .Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
- Our tasty malabar style chicken macaroni/chicken macaroni is ready.
