Today we are going to share the recipe of garlic chicken.This garlic chicken
 is such a delicious and easy treat you will love making it again and again! I bet on that!
Garlic chicken is a good pair with fried rice.

Ingredients:

For marination –

  • chicken-400 gram
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
  • Corn flour – 2 tablespoon
  • Pepper powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Soy sauce – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – 2 taste

For gravy:

  • Garlic cloves-20 gram
  • Oil -3 tablespoon
  • Sugar (optional)-a pinch
  • Capsicum-(cubed) 1
  • Onion – 2 nos (cubed)
  • Pepper powder – 1 teaspoon
  • soy sauce-1 teaspoon
  • tomato sauce-2 tablespoon
  • corn flour-1 tablespoon
  • green chilli -2 nos

Directions:

  1. To a bowl add washed chicken pieces and then add ginger garlic paste,corn flour, soysauce, pepper powder and salt. Mix it well and marinate it for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  2. In a pan heat oil and fry previously marinated chicken in medium flame until it’s cooked and keep it aside once done.
  3. In a kadai add oil. Once the oil becomes hot add garlic clothes and sauté it for few minutes.
  4. now add the onion and saute It for few minutes
  5. to this add tomato sauce and Soy sauce and cook it well until raw smell of sauces are gone.
  6. Now add green chillis and pepper powder and mix it for a while
  7. Once it is done, add previously cooked chicken and mix it very well.
  8. You can pour water now.You can adjust the water level according to your preference.
  9. in a bowl mix corn flour and water and add into our chicken gravy,also add capsicum and salt.
  10. Boil the gravy until it thickens.
  11. Add a pinch of sugar and mix well
  12. Our garlic chicken is ready serve it hot!!.
