Today we are going to show the recipe of kerala style beef
chilli.
Beef chill is a mouthwatering appetizer recipe which can be easily made
at the comfort of your home.You can serve it on its own and
also with either,paratha,rice or chappathi.
Ingredients:
- Beef-3/4 kg
- Green chilly-2 no
- Curry leaves
- Ginger(chopped)-1 tablespoon
- Garlic(chopped)-1 tablespoon
- Red chilly powder-1 tablespoon
- Turmeric powder-1/2 tablespoon
- Garam masala-1/2 tablespoon
- Cornflour-3 tablespoon
- Pepper powder-1 tbsp
- Salt-as required
- Oil-for frying
- Soy sauce-1 tbsp
- Vinegar-1 tbsp
- Green capsicum-1
- Onion-3
Instructions:
- Cut beef into thin strips sock in salt water for 15 minute.wash thoroughly using vinegar and salt. then wash well and strain it.
- In a bowl add chilly powder, turmeric powder ,Garam Masala , salt and vinegar
- To this add beef pieces and mix well still all masala are well coated in each pieces. Then close the bowl and keep it in refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
- Then pressure cook for 10 minute and heat oil in a kadai and fry the beef pieces .fry the entire pieces in 3-4 batches
- keep the fried beef in bowl aside
- then heat 2 tablespoon oil in the same Kadai add onion,ginger,garlic and green chilies.stir fry for two minutes
- add in the cubed capsicum salt and pepper powder saute it for a minute
- To this add previously fried beef .mix it well
- Now you can add soy sauce and tomato sauce and mix it
- Mix corn flour with water and add into the curry
- Allow it to heat up and simmer for a minute.switch off the flame once done
- Transfer to a serving dish and serve hot
